Shipping and Delivery Policy
At El Pony Tejedor, we offer digital products, gift cards, and handmade finished amigurumi. Delivery conditions depend on the type of product purchased.
Digital Patterns
Patterns are digital products in PDF format and do not require physical shipping.
Once your purchase is complete, you will be able to access and download the file from the order confirmation or order status page. You will also receive an email when the file is available for download.
Digital products do not have any shipping costs.

Finished Amigurumi
Finished amigurumi are handmade physical products.
Processing time:
- If the amigurumi is in stock, the order will be prepared within 2 to 3 business days.
- If the amigurumi is out of stock and made to order, the production time is up to 2 weeks before shipping.
These timeframes refer to the preparation or production of the product. Shipping time is additional and depends on the destination.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times:
- Mainland Spain: free shipping. Estimated shipping time of 2 to 5 business days.
- Spanish islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €9.90. Estimated shipping time of 2 to 5 business days.
- European Union: €12.99. Estimated shipping time of 4 to 10 business days.
- Other available international destinations: €24.99. Delivery times will depend on the destination.
The shipping options available for each address and the corresponding cost will be displayed during checkout.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are digital products and do not require physical shipping.
Once your purchase is complete, the gift card will be delivered electronically and its balance can be used in the El Pony Tejedor store.
Gift cards do not have any shipping costs.

Orders Containing Different Product Types
If an order contains both digital and physical products, the digital products will be delivered electronically, while the physical products will be subject to the shipping conditions and delivery times stated above.
