These Terms of Service govern the use of the El Pony Tejedor online store and the purchase of products offered through it.
By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with the other applicable store policies.
Products
El Pony Tejedor offers different types of products:
- Digital crochet and amigurumi patterns in PDF format.
- Handmade finished amigurumi.
- Digital gift cards.
The features, price and other relevant information for each product are displayed on its corresponding product page.
Due to the handmade nature of our finished amigurumi, slight variations may occur as a natural result of the crafting process.
Orders and Payments
When placing an order, the customer must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information to allow the purchase to be processed correctly.
The applicable prices will be those displayed in the store at the time the order is placed.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout.
We reserve the right to change product prices for future purchases. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
Digital Patterns
Patterns are digital products supplied in PDF format.
Purchasing a pattern grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the pattern.
Unless expressly authorized by El Pony Tejedor, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce or distribute the pattern, in whole or in part.
- Share, publish, give away or provide the PDF file to third parties.
- Resell or redistribute the pattern or digital file.
- Modify the pattern for the purpose of distributing or selling it as your own.
- Publish or make available to third parties the instructions, charts, photographs or other protected content included in the pattern.
Purchasing a pattern does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the content.
Products Made From the Patterns
Purchasing a pattern allows you to use it to create crocheted items for both personal use and for sale.
The sale of handmade finished products created from El Pony Tejedor patterns is permitted, including when the finished items are made for commercial purposes.
This permission applies exclusively to finished physical items. Purchasing a pattern does not authorize you to copy, reproduce, share, publish, resell, redistribute or otherwise commercialize the pattern, in whole or in part, whether digitally, in print or by any other means.
You may not modify the pattern for the purpose of distributing or selling it as your own.
The intellectual property rights in the pattern and its content remain with El Pony Tejedor.
Finished Amigurumi
Finished amigurumi are handmade physical products.
Some products may be immediately available, while others may be made to order. Applicable processing or production times are specified in our Shipping and Delivery Policy and, where applicable, on the relevant product page.
When specific changes to colors, features, design or other elements are requested, the product may be considered made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
The conditions relating to withdrawal, returns and refunds are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
Gift Cards
El Pony Tejedor gift cards are digital products that allow their balance to be used for purchases in the store.
The conditions relating to their return or refund are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
Shipping and Delivery
Digital patterns and gift cards are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.
Finished amigurumi are shipped according to the destination and the conditions applicable to each order.

Returns, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
The applicable conditions depend on the type of product purchased.
The right of withdrawal, the exceptions applicable to certain digital content and personalized products, and the procedure for requesting a return or reporting an issue are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy.
These Terms of Service do not limit any consumer rights provided by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original El Pony Tejedor content, including patterns, text, photographs, graphics, designs and other original materials published in the store, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer these rights unless expressly stated otherwise.
Protected El Pony Tejedor content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited beyond the uses expressly authorized.
Errors and Issues
We work to ensure that the information published in the store is accurate and up to date.
If you identify an error in a digital product, experience problems accessing a purchase, or receive a physical product that is incorrect, damaged or does not correspond to your order, please contact us so that we can review the issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that consumers may have in relation to defective, incorrect or non-conforming products.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when necessary to reflect changes to our store, products, services or applicable legal requirements.
The version published on the website will be the version currently in force, without prejudice to the rights and conditions applicable to orders placed before any such changes.
