Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Monthly Pattern Subscription
El Pony Tejedor may offer a monthly subscription through which subscribers receive digital crochet and amigurumi patterns according to the terms specified on the subscription page.
The subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically until the customer chooses to cancel it.
Renewal and Billing
By purchasing a subscription, the customer authorizes recurring monthly charges using the selected payment method.
The subscription will automatically renew each month for as long as it remains active.
The amount due for each renewal will be automatically charged to the payment method associated with the subscription.
Cancellation
The subscription may be cancelled at any time before the next charge.
Once cancelled, no further charges or renewals will be made.
Cancellation does not interrupt a subscription period that has already been paid for. The customer may continue to enjoy the benefits and content included in their subscription until the end of the paid period.
Patterns Obtained During the Subscription
Digital patterns that the customer has received or obtained as part of subscription periods already paid for will remain theirs after the subscription is cancelled.
Cancellation does not affect the customer's right to use those patterns in accordance with the licensing terms set out in our Terms of Service.
Refunds
Cancelling the subscription prevents future renewals and charges, but does not automatically result in a refund for subscription periods that have already been charged.
Refund requests relating to a period that has already been charged will be governed by our Return and Refund Policy and by any consumer rights provided under applicable law.
Price Changes
The subscription price may change in the future.
If a price change will affect existing subscribers, El Pony Tejedor will provide advance notice of the new price and the date on which it will take effect.
Existing subscribers may keep their previous price for a transitional period. The notice of the price change will specify the date until which the previous price will remain in effect and the renewal from which the new price will apply.
The customer may cancel their subscription before the renewal to which the new price applies in order to avoid future charges at the new rate.

Customers may manage and cancel their subscription using the management options available in their account or through the relevant subscription management link provided to them.

Subscription Changes
The features of future subscriptions or purchase options may vary. The specific terms applicable to each subscription, such as the content included, price and billing frequency, will be displayed before the subscription is purchased.
Any changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated where appropriate and will be implemented in accordance with consumer rights and the terms previously agreed to.
